Debt Balances as of the End of January 2011:

First Mortgage:  $168,888.42
Credit Card Transfer #1: $23,160.00
Credit Card Transfer #2:  $5,753.23
Rental Property:  $106,041.05

Total Debt:  $303,842.70
This is a difference of -$1,514.30 in principle from the $305,357.00 owed in primary and rental mortgage debt* at the end of [...]

Credit Card Transfer #1: $23,410.00
Credit Card Transfer #2:  $6,500.00
Rental Property:  $106,084.98

Total Debt:  $305,357.00
This is a difference of -$865.63 in principle from the $306,222.63 owed in primary and rental mortgage debt* at the end of November.

Total Debt:  $306,222.63
This is a difference of -$1,022.15 in principle from the $307,244.78 owed in primary and rental mortgage debt* at the end of October. Up from -$824.56 last month!

Wow, I just scrounged up a draft of this post originally dated July 1. I guess I had admirable intentions of a timely update. I have been amazingly lazy about reluctant to post June’s numbers: Paying down debt just isn’t very exciting when you’re only making the regular payments.
