		<description>Wow, this is a fascinating story!  Always hard to sell in good times or bad.

I&#039;m a land lord too, but on purpose.  My rental property is part of my retirement portfolio as I diversify in cash, stocks, property, and private equity investments.  I am tempted to sell my rental on ocassion, but it&#039;s just about patience, b/c the mortgage will be paid off, and the cash flow is fine.  

I have another vacation property, which is not cash flow positive b/c it is a vacation prop.  Pretty indulgent on my part, but it&#039;s a lifestyle choice.
