Whoops-a-daisy. Totally forgot to post this yesterday. So without further ado: OUR NUMBERS:
Debt Balances as of the End of January 2011:

First Mortgage:  $168,888.42
Credit Card Transfer #1: $23,160.00
Credit Card Transfer #2:  $5,753.23
Rental Property:  $106,041.05

Total Debt:  $303,842.70
This is a difference of -$1,514.30 in principle from the $305,357.00 owed in primary and rental mortgage debt* at the end of [...]
