I have been laying low nursing a cold and generally recouping, taking a giant step away from the computer and *gasp* not even checking account balances every day. It’s been a much-needed breather. Regular posting will soon recommence. :)

The $4 a week grocery people are pretty insane and as Frugal Girl points out…. likely very unhealthy! I would like to see the news featuring people who spend almost $0 on groceries and grow or barter for all their food….. That would be inspiring!

Yes, quite. I do wonder if that shopper mom normally buys any produce at all? Or if she just didn’t on that trip so’s to make the balance look extraordinarily good…
